Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pattern Maker on our production team in Los Angeles, California. This is an exempt, full-time, on-site position reporting to the VP of Production.

Responsibilities

• Create patterns based on photos, sketches, or reference samples.
• Make pattern adjustments to existing patterns
• Execute patterns from first proto through production for all private brand categories
• Lead fittings and work closely with the design team to execute fit intent
• Develop fit blocks, construction standards, and quality guidelines for multiple brands
• Manage workflow based on the company calendar
• Using tracking reports for all sample approvals, spec changes, etc.
• Monitor and contribute to the accuracy of all tech packs including POMs, BOM, Construction Callouts, Graded Specs and Pattern Cards

Requirements

• Proven pattern maker with a minimum of 5+ years experience creating patterns for women\'s wovens and knits
• Tukatech experience is required
• Activewear experience is required
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for fit accuracy and precision
• Expertise in textiles, pattern making, grading, and construction
• Knowledge of garment specs and grading
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, and PLM systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• On-site attendance at our production facility in Los Angeles, CA, Monday through Friday
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
