Job Summary:

The Patternmaker will play a critical role in shaping activewear collections by creating precise, production‑ready patterns that balance innovation, fit, and function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop original, production‑ready patterns aligned with creative vision and brand standards
• Translate design sketches into accurate patterns in collaboration with designers, sample makers, and technical teams
• Conduct fittings and make adjustments to achieve optimal fit, performance, and aesthetics
• Utilize both manual and digital patternmaking tools (Gerber, Lectra, or similar CAD systems)
• Maintain documentation of all pattern modifications and iterations
• Mentor junior patternmakers and provide technical guidance as needed
• Stay current on fabrics, trends, and construction techniques relevant to performance apparel

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of hands‑on patternmaking experience within activewear
