Job summary

Confidential Company, a Los Angeles–based women's apparel manufacturer, seeks a Senior Level Pattern Maker to lead pattern creation from sketches to production-ready files. You will collaborate with Design, Sample Room, Sewing and Cutting to set construction standards and ensure top-quality garments.

You will lead fit sessions, revise patterns for desired fit, and work with Grading and Marking to ensure accurate size rules while maintaining pattern integrity through all development stages.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of patternmaking experience in women's apparel.
• Advanced knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and specifications.
• Proficiency in TUKAcad/Tukatech patternmaking software.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate first patterns through production-ready patterns based on design sketches.
