Job summary

Caldwell Community College & Technical Institute is seeking a part-time Patron Experience Assistant to support the Civic Center operations. The role covers ushering, ticketing, concessions and merchandise sales, plus wayfinding and posting social content for events and rentals.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong customer service and communication abilities, and familiarity with MS Office and Google Suite. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office and Google Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ushering and ticketing for events.
• Set up and vend concessions and merchandise.
• Greet patrons and assist with entry doors.
• Create wayfinding signage and draft social posts.
• Assist housekeeping with trash removal.
• Travel between Caldwell campus, Watauga campus, or off-campus sites as needed.
