Jefferson County Public Library’s Belmar Library is seeking a full-time Patron Experience Associate to deliver friendly, frontline customer service to a diverse community. You will help patrons locate information, access digital resources, and explore library programs, while collaborating with teammates to ensure an inviting, inclusive environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant experience; a public library background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Public Library customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Provides information, referrals and reader’s advisory assistance to patrons in person, by phone, mail and via electronic means.
• Assists with programs, displays, and outreach to promote library services.
• Maintains welcoming, inclusive customer service and user experience for all patrons.
