Jefferson County Public Library in Evergreen is seeking a customer-focused Patron Experience Associate to join our team at the Evergreen Library. You will provide frontline service, help patrons find information, and connect them with resources.

This 20-hour per week position offers standard benefits, including dental, medical, and vision insurance, paid time off and holidays, retirement matching, wellness programs, and tuition reimbursement. Some evenings and Saturdays are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of relevant library/customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide information, referrals and reader’s advisory assistance to patrons in person, by phone, mail and online.
• Assist with programs, classes and workshops in the Library and off-site locations.
• Maintain welcoming, inviting atmosphere and address patron needs and concerns.
