Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused services to a diverse patron base over the phone, in person, and electronically.
• Onboard new patrons within one week and train on services and equipment.
• Update patron records and process patron applications in the KLAS system.
• Coordinate with network library staff to transfer patron records and information.
• Design and review outreach materials and assist with marketing and social media.
• Assist with monthly statistics and reporting for the department.
