Washington State Library in the Olympia area is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and staff support to the Institutional Library Services (ILS) program. This full-time, permanent role involves developing electronic communications for library staff, handling travel, and compiling program reports.
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Branch Library Services Manager and will assist with hiring, onboarding, and other duties as assigned to support ILS operations
