Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years security-related experience required.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications.
