Qualifications

• At least 1 year of law enforcement, 2 years of security supervisor/manager, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• State/county/city-issued security license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law; drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply; valid driver's license for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and maintain access logs per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents and escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and perimeter.
• Support a professional environment within a financial institution following security procedures.
