Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Alarm Panel Response) in Florence, NJ. You will provide customer service, monitor access, and patrol to deter incidents while maintaining a welcoming, secure environment.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A background check and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access-related concerns calmly, following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entrances, verify credentials, and enforce site requirements.
• Document observations and incidents and report to Allied Universal leadership.
