Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and the public at a government transportation-related location by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, roadways, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious persons, vehicles, hazards, and maintenance concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with site representatives and emergency services.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain logs for patrols, incidents, observations, and security concerns.
