Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Entry Control Driver in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role focuses on protecting clients at commercial real estate sites, managing entry points, verifying credentials, and assisting visitors and staff.

A valid driver’s license is required as the position involves driving. The job features daytime/evening shifts, a starting pay of $23.40 per hour, and pre-employment requirements including a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Provide courteous customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and vendors while following site-specific security procedures.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, delivery, and key-control records according to policy.
• Attend to access-control alarms and incidents calmly and escalate when needed.
• Perform regular patrols of building areas to identify security concerns.
• Document incidents and observations in required reports with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site policies, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, delivery, and/or key-control records.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building common areas, entryways, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and emergency responders while documenting incidents, observations, and actions taken in required reports.
