Customized Guard Services & Systems (CGSS) is hiring a Lobby Ambassador to be the first point of contact for tenants, guests and visitors in a high-rise building. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, manage access control, and coordinate with security staff to maintain safety and order.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and quick problem solving in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position is based in California.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Guard Card certification.
• Reliable and punctual with ability to work flexible shifts.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting tenants, guests and visitors and providing directions.
• Monitor and control access to the building, verify IDs, and issue visitor passes as needed.
• Conduct regular checks of the lobby area and report any safety concerns or maintenance needs.
• Serve as a liaison between building management, security, and tenants to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, orderly lobby and coordinate with cleaning staff as required.

The Lobby Ambassador serves as the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and visitors entering the commercial high-rise building. This role involves providing a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring the security and safety of the premises, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and Assistance:

• Warmly greet tenants, guests, and visitors upon arrival.
• Provide directions, information, and assistance regarding building amenities, services, and surrounding areas.
• Address and resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.

Access Control:

• Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter.
• Verify identification and issue visitor passes as necessary.
• Maintain a visitor log and manage guest check-ins and check-outs.

Security and Safety:

• Conduct regular surveillance of the lobby area and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Collaborate with security personnel to ensure the safety of the building and its occupants.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or evacuations, and assist as needed.

Communication:

• Serve as a liaison between building management, security, and tenants.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Relay important information or updates to tenants and guests as required.

Lobby Maintenance:

• Ensure the lobby area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
• Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to address any issues or concerns.
• Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
