Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Compliance in Dallas, TX. You will perform routine patrols, provide security, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of security experience, and a valid driver’s license. CPR certification and site-specific licenses are preferred and subject to background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Possess a state, county, or city-issued security license, preferred.
• CPR certification, preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required per driver policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, restricted-access points, and perimeter areas, reporting unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and contractor entry requirements in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts.
• Help deter unauthorized activity through a professional presence, routine inspections, and adherence to Allied Universal and client site procedures.
