Job summary

Allied Universal in Dallas, TX is seeking a part-time Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Driver to protect clients in a retail environment and support a safe, welcoming atmosphere.

This role requires a valid driver's license, at least 1 year of security experience, and a flexible schedule with morning and afternoon shifts. You will perform patrols, monitor access points, and document incidents with a team using our shift-claiming platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screening as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail store, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to identify hazards and report concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter theft and unauthorized access.
• Complete accurate reports and communicate with site leadership regarding incidents and daily activities.
