Job summary

Allied Universal in Dallas, TX is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver Route Inspector. You will perform driving and foot patrols to safeguard clients in logistics environments, deter incidents, and maintain a secure workplace.

A valid driver's license is required, and you will provide excellent customer service while upholding company values. As a full-time role, work weeks include morning shifts with structured hours.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees while following site procedures.
• Demonstrate calm, problem-solving response to incidents and document actions.
• Perform regular patrols of distribution facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify authorized access for personnel and visitors.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution facilities, loading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and potential concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for personnel and visitors, and support established vehicle and package movement procedures.
• Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and emergency responders as needed while maintaining accurate activity logs and incident reports.
