Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Alarm Coordination in Dallas, TX. You will monitor sites, perform patrols, and support access control while delivering excellent customer service to tenants and staff.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entry points, common areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and contractor activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs related to patrols and incidents.
