Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Screening Specialist in Dallas, TX. This role involves screening personnel and packages, monitoring access points, and reporting security concerns at a logistics site.

A valid driver’s license is required for driving assignments, and the position emphasizes customer service and integrity. As a full-time driver-screening post, you will work Monday through Sunday early shifts, with a pay rate of $16.82 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and/or vehicles entering designated areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor or delivery activity as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
