Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in Holyoke, MA to safeguard clients across Retail/Malls and other site locations. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver exceptional customer service while following site policies and emergency procedures.

A valid driver’s license is required and the schedule includes days and evenings; this full-time role offers competitive pay of $21.75 per hour, benefits, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state and local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail property and perimeter locations.
• Monitor for security concerns, policy violations, hazards, and unusual activity and document observations.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and crowd management during normal operations and events.
