Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a dedicated Security Officer Patrol Driver Detail in West Chester, OH. You will provide security services at a retail/mall site, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter issues while delivering exceptional customer service.

A valid driver’s license is required and driving shifts are part of the role. The position is full-time with a pay rate of $18.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, shoppers, and visitors while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in retail areas, storefronts, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and in line with site procedures.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and communicate observations to site management.
