Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants and visitors by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and report observations.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location including common areas and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized activity and support a welcoming environment.
• Document incidents and patrol activity accurately and communicate information to site leadership.
