Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license and background check.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access-control procedures and responses as needed.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain access logs.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access, direct traffic, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
