Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer in Seattle, WA. This role focuses on unarmed patrol duties, customer service, and a visible security presence to deter incidents.

The position includes operating a vehicle in accordance with our driver policy and delivering professional service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors. You’ll monitor access, report hazards, and maintain logs while coordinating with site management and local authorities.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license required per policy.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen required per policy.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors by following site procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances calmly and communicate with management and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports and coordinate with management and law enforcement.
