Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and service requests in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transportation facilities and entrances to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe conditions, reporting hazards and policy violations.
• Prepare clear incident reports and daily activity documentation per site procedures.
