Job summary

Allied Universal is currently seeking a Part Time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Seattle, WA. You will safeguard clients across commercial real estate sites and perform routine patrols while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be 18+ (unarmed) or 21+ for armed roles; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and access issues calmly and document actions.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking areas, entrances and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and shift communications.
