Job summary

Allied Universal in Hebron, KY is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Customer Support to provide frontline security and exceptional customer service at a distribution facility. The role is unarmed and requires patrolling, access monitoring, and professional interaction with clients, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents and emergencies, documenting activities on a tablet or computer, and maintaining a visible, reassuring presence.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution facilities, loading areas, parking areas, access points and perimeters.
• Monitor access by verifying visitor, driver and contractor authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies calmly and escalate as needed.
• Document patrols and incidents and complete reports per procedures.
