Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer for a Full Time Observation Patrol in Brooks, KY. You will serve clients across logistics and distribution and help deter incidents through visible presence and proactive monitoring.

The role emphasizes customer service and clear communication while upholding integrity and teamwork within a caring, reliable team.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background check as required by law.
• Drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security-related procedures at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and delivery-related concerns calmly and with problem-solving.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, vehicle parking areas, trailer yards, access points, and perimeters.
• Monitor access, verify authorized personnel and visitors, and report unusual activity or policy violations.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities per site procedures.
