Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for full-time access control patrol in Paramus, NJ. You will protect clients across retail environments, conduct patrols, manage access control, and engage with visitors with professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or employees by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of retail common areas, parking areas, and exterior perimeters.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, directions, and inquiries.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and daily logs per site policies.
