Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and deliveries entering and leaving the location.
• Verify identification, access credentials, shipping documentation, and visitor authorization before entry.
• Monitor access points, loading areas, and screening equipment and report irregularities to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly and conduct regular patrols around the business and perimeter.
