Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated Patriot BMC4I Program Lead to manage the day-to-day support and execution of all BMC4I IPT scope for the Patriot Product Line in support of the IAMD Program Office. You will be a liaison between the IPT and PMOs, accountable for budget, schedule, and technical performance, and lead transitions to production and obsolescence mitigation.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; 10+ years, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience with Raytheon’s Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) or equivalent system.
• Experience interfacing with internal/external stakeholders/customers.
• Experience with transition to production, production, and Major End Item (MEI) sell-off.
• Experience in program management, including risk & opportunity (R&O) management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the IPT and the Program Management Office(s).
• Accountable for supporting successful execution to contract requirements including budget, schedule, and technical performance.
• Interface with US Government customer and Foreign Military partners.
• Apply disciplined program management processes and tools to support successful execution of program requirements.
• Work closely with the BMC4I Sub-IPTs, Product Line Execution Lead, Cross Product Teams (CPTs), IPT Leadership, and Program Management team.
• Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed.
