Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree with 8+ years, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• 2+ years of experience in program management or program integration.
• Experience with cost proposals, gate packages, or other program planning documents.
• Experience with program management tools.
• EVMS, risk management, IMP/IMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize end-to-end proposal workflows across multiple contributors.
• Develop and maintain program management plans aligned with requirements.
• Maintain dashboards and metrics for leadership.
• Support performance tracking and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with CAMs and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure IPDS process and gate requirement compliance.
• Contribute to risk and opportunity management.
• Engage with customers during meetings and program reviews.
