Job summary

Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department seeks an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Program Lead for Patriot Software and Training Devices. You will oversee strategy, execution, and delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness and cost efficiency in line with contract requirements.

You will lead proposal costing, manage EAC reviews, and mentor engineers, coordinating with IPTs, CPTs and management. This onsite role requires occasional travel between Raytheon locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field.
• Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects.
• Experience preparing and contributing to proposals and reviews.
• Strong communication and leadership skills across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, schedule and execution for Patriot Software and Training Devices scope.
• Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts.
• Provide mentorship to team leaders and engineers in the Patriot Software and Training Devices team.
• Collaborate across functions and engineering disciplines to meet objectives.
• Travel as required to multiple Raytheon locations and for program needs.
