Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a Development Program Manager to lead a multi-domain product line, focusing on defense and dual-use markets. You will drive lifecycle management, coordinate senior stakeholder reviews, and ensure alignment with contracts, budgets, and schedules.

The role requires a command of BMC2/JADC2, program management excellence, and strong leadership to guide matrixed teams across engineering, finance, and business development in the enterprise landscape.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Enterprise level BMC2/JADC2 and C4ISR market segment strategic direction.
• 10+ years of program/product line management experience, incl. ≥4 years leading commercial/dual-use.
• Experience with U.S. or international defense and commercial contracts.
• Experience briefing executives and customers effectively.
• Ability to leverage relationships to identify opportunities aligned with BMC2/JADC2 campaigns.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, collaboration; can lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions (P&L, ROI, pricing).
• Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Product Line Strategy & Objectives – set vision and align resources.
• Program Management (Portfolio) – manage $30M+ portfolio; apply Lean/EV techniques.
• Commercial Product Line Integration – translate market insights to revenue streams.
• Leadership & Team Driving – build high-performing cross-functional squads.
• Non Traditional Org Structures – navigate matrixed orgs and influence without authority.
