Job summary

Sustainable Wellness Solutions seeks a Patients’ Rights Program Director in Contra Costa County to safeguard the statutory and constitutional rights of behavioral health clients under our contract. You will lead program strategy, contract compliance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure advocacy is timely and client-directed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in patients' rights advocacy, healthcare compliance, or related field with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of LPS processes, hearings, and patient rights statutory framework.
• Proven ability to lead staff, coach, and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program strategy, staff performance, contract compliance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure timely access standards and oversee advocacy work including hearings and legal proceedings.
