Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check is required.
  • Experience working with clients receiving behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve complaints from behavioral health clients.
  • Conduct continuing education trainings for residents and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with clients’ rights laws.

Skills

Experience working with clients diagnosed with a serious mental illness
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work with community groups

Education

Knowledge of patients’ rights law or willingness to learn California laws
Valid CA driver's license
