Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a Guest Relations Associate to deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors by managing check-in and health screenings across CHCO facilities.

You will greet guests, verify visitor status, badge issuance, and ensure proper routing while upholding hospital policies and infection control standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must have customer-facing experience and a focus on service quality.
• Three (3) years' experience in a clinical or hospital support role is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required; additional education can substitute for experience.

Aufgaben

• Conducts mandatory health screenings and records results in the Visitor Management System.
• Verifies visitor status and issues badges using the Visitor Management System.
• Welcomes guests and provides high-quality customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff.
• Enforces visitor policies and initiates patient registration when applicable.
• De-escalates challenging situations and maintains a clean, safe environment per infection control protocols.
