Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a Guest Relations Associate to deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors by managing check-in and health screenings across CHCO facilities.

You will greet guests, verify visitor status, badge issuance, and ensure proper routing while upholding hospital policies and infection control standards in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must have customer-facing experience and a focus on service quality.
• Three (3) years' experience in a clinical or hospital support role is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required; additional education can substitute for experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conducts mandatory health screenings for all visitors and records results in the Visitor Management System before allowing entry.
• Verifies visitor status and issues badges using the Visitor Management System.
• Serves as a welcoming representative of CHCO, delivering high-quality customer service to patients, families, visitors, and team members with professionalism and courtesy.
• Enforces hospital visitor policies; confirms authorized visitors in Epic and initiates the patient registration process when applicable.
• De‑escalates challenging situations involving patients, families, or visitors and maintains a safe environment by following infection control protocols and keeping assigned areas clean.

Salary Information

Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Hourly Range: $18.81 to $28.22
