UCHealth is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate at the Anschutz Pavilion in Aurora, CO. This onsite role supports patients and visitors with information, directions, and accommodations, maintaining a calm, responsive presence in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work evenings, with opportunities to cross-train across workstations and contribute to a positive team culture through empathy, reliability, and clear communication. Previous experience in healthcare is preferred.

Formación

• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: 2 years healthcare industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Receives, screens, routes, and/or responds to incoming requests and/or needs for our customers, including but not limited to patients and visitors.
• Oversees the volunteer staff at the information desk.
• Establishes good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinates transport assistance as requested or necessary.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
