We are a private dental practice dedicated to providing top-quality care to our patients. We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team. Must be reliable and dependable. Approximately 25-30 hours.
- Experience in the dental field
- Commitment to a patient-centric Philosophy
- Reliable, self-starter with a friendly and outgoing demeanor
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of Dentrix software
- Knowledge of Dental Intel a plus
- Welcoming and interacting with patients
- Strong phone skills and excellent customer service are crucial in providing a positive experience for patients
- Knowledge of dental insurance, including PPO and traditional plans to help patients understand their coverage and financial responsibilities
- Discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
- Recall and reactivation processes to help insure our patients return for regular cleaning and check ups
- Following up on insurance claims for timely reimbursement
