• Knowledge of dental insurance, including PPO and traditional plans to help patients understand their coverage and financial responsibilities
• Discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
• Recall and reactivation processes to help insure our patients return for regular cleaning and check ups
• Following up on insurance claims for timely reimbursement
