Job summary

Middle River Health and Rehab in South Range, WI is seeking a compassionate Transportation Driver to join our skilled nursing team. You will transport patients to and from medical appointments, therapies, and social activities, while prioritizing safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-trip inspections, accurate mileage logs, and coordinating with nursing staff to ensure seamless clinical services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and obtain necessary certifications as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from medical appointments, therapies, and social activities in a safe and timely manner.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, including mileage logs and passenger manifests.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate patient transportation and ensure seamless clinical services.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
