Preferred education is a high school diploma or equivalent, with two years of customer service experience. Certifications include BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED). You will use Epic software to track patient locations and equipment movement throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient related activities with safety and proper body mechanics.
• Maintains PAR levels for equipment across locations.
• Uses Epic software to track each patient's location as they travel to and from designated areas.
• Collaborates well with coworkers across departments.
