Job summary

Responsibilities

• Transports patients and equipment to and from hospital departments as requested.
• Assists clinical staff with moving patients to beds, chairs, wheelchairs, or stretchers.
• Picks up and delivers supplies and requisitions as requested.
• Performs transport equipment rounding, cleaning, disinfection, and storage for patient use.
• Transports broken equipment to location for repair or vendor notification.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
