Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrate clear knowledge of clinic structure, standards, procedures, and protocols.
• Must have a valid California Class C Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• CPR certified and Driver Safety training completed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily transportation driver schedules and ensure timely reporting.
• Process transportation billing with payers and reconcile appointments with health plans.
• Maintain vehicle logs and maintenance reports; communicate needs and schedule times.
• Cover driver schedules when needed and ensure safe and timely patient transport.
• Communicate with clinics to coordinate patient transportation and document activities.
