Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a per diem transportation professional to provide safe and punctual client transport services. Duties include following van schedules, assisting clients courteously, and reporting maintenance needs.

This role requires a High School Diploma, NH driver's license, and BLS/medical certifications as applicable. Hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with as-needed scheduling and potential for additional shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years patient transportation experience preferred.
• BLS Certification required.
• Medical Examiner's Certificate (CDOTMED) required.
• Personal Driver's License (NH) required.

Responsibilities

• Follows Care Van schedules and communicates with staff regarding all aspects of clients' transportation.
• Assists clients in a prompt, helpful, courteous and compassionate manner.
• Communicates any vehicle maintenance needs to the appropriate staff and keeps logs current.
• Follows outlined safety protocols in emergency situations.
