Job summary

Mass General Brigham's North Shore Medical Center is seeking a Per Diem shuttle bus driver to provide safe, courteous transportation for passengers on assigned routes. You will operate shuttle and coach-type vehicles, assist riders including those with disabilities, and communicate with dispatch to follow schedules and routes.

Requirement includes a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of shuttle driving experience, and a valid MGB RMV Check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Experience can substitute for degree.
• MGH RMV Check/Driving Report required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous, and professional shuttle service to passengers.
• Follow established routes and departure times with dispatch guidance.
• Operate vehicles in line with fleet safety policies and laws.
• Ensure adherence to passenger limits on seated/standing capacity.
• Assist passengers with disabilities in boarding/disembarking.
• Report emergencies or concerns to Supervisor/Dispatcher immediately.
• Transport passengers to destinations while obeying traffic laws and policies.
• Adhere to shuttle routes scheduled by Manager/Dispatcher.
