Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Patient Transport Supervisor to lead a 3rd shift team in Milwaukee, with typical hours 10:00pm–7:30am and weekend on-call coverage. This full-time role rewards strong management and staff development within a hospital transport setting.

You will handle scheduling, attendance reviews, safety investigations, and process improvements to meet Joint Commission standards while supporting department goals.

Qualifications

• Strong management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures efficient utilization of assigned staff and guides development.
• Prepares master work and time schedules; coordinates vacations and holidays.
• Reviews payroll time recording and attendance records.
• Tests and initiates recommendations on processes for efficiency.
• Maintains records to meet Joint Commission standards.
• Performs HR responsibilities including coaching, reviews, and hiring decisions.
• Ensures compliance with the organization’s Code of Ethical Conduct.
