Qualifications

• No minimum education required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred.
• 1 year of relevant direct clinical patient care experience. Six months as UW Health Patient Services Aide may be considered to meet this requirement. Required

Responsibilities

• Lead worker and technical expert for a team moving inpatients to various units.
• Coordinate movement of patient transport equipment (wheelchairs and stretchers).
• Ensure safety policies and patient comfort during transport.
• Address phone and online transport requests and coordinate responses via the transport system.
