Job summary

The position requires strong judgment to assess requests, expedite urgent needs, and maintain accurate break logs for staff.

Qualifications

• Two years of related administrative support experience or equivalent.
• Experience using multi-line phones.
• Must be able to work various hours and locations based on organizational needs.
• Proficient with MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport requests with critical care and other teams.
• Dispatch lift team assignments and prioritize based on urgency.
• Manage break scheduling and logs for Transport and Lift staff.
• Assess requests with good judgment and expedite urgent needs.
• Adjust job queues to ensure timely service delivery across departments.
