This role requires strong judgment, MS Office proficiency, and flexibility to work various hours and locations. Per-diem shifts and background checks are part of the process to ensure timely service across departments.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of administrative support experience or equivalent.
• Experience using multi-line phones.
• Proficiency with MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport requests with hospital units and transport teams.
• Dispatch lift team assignments and prioritize urgent requests.
• Manage break scheduling and maintain break logs for Transport and Lift staff.
